Refund policy

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to a change of mind after purchase. We kindly ask that you review all product details, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to contact us before purchasing — we’re always happy to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at oanamillustrations@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. When reaching out, please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation. You will not be required to return damaged or defective items.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for art prints ordered in the wrong size, orders where the artwork or size did not meet expectations, or changes of mind after purchase. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies for a replacement due to a defect or fulfillment error, we will produce and ship a replacement.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or produced on demand. As all of our products are created specifically for each order, we do not accept returns under the EU cooling-off period unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at oanamillustrations@gmail.com.
